In the last 10 years alone Dr. Faison has piloted three schools across two counties in their turnaround efforts; each of which exceeded their growth targets under Dr. Faison’s leadership. Dr. Faison’s particular success at Oak Hill Elementary led to her being named the 2012 North Carolina Principal of the year. 

Dr. Faison holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, is a former National Board  Certified Teacher, and attended international leadership training where she visited schools and educational agencies in China. She is a published author, advisor to a number of colleges and agencies, and frequent guest speaker to name a few of her professional accomplishments. Dr. Faison has successfully led the turnaround efforts at a number of schools leading them all to exceeding academic growth.  Dr. Faison established Next Level Turnaround in an effort to share with others the skills, knowledge and techniques needed to turnaround not only schools, but any organization in need of a fresh approach and a new start.
